Approval of the 2022 SPLOST Project List

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Renewal of the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) for 2022 will go before the voters in November 2020. The 2022 SPLOST Project List outlines the list of projects the City is seeking the voters to approve. Due to COVID-19, the proposed list has not been presented to the public at public input sessions previously scheduled in March 2020. The final SPLOST list with projected costs will be attached to the Cobb County 2022 SPLOST Intergovernmental Agreement upon final execution.
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Staff recommends approval.
