Body

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

The City is required to prepare an annual report of our Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) permit program and submit the report to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division.  The proposal from Fox Environmental is to collect data, complete inspections, prepare and submit the report. 

 

RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: 

 The Finance and Engineering Departments recommend approval of a contract from Fox Environmental located at 262 Forkner Drive, Decatur, GA 30030 in the amount of $64,400 to provide technical support services for MS4 Permit Compliance and to authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
