ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Approval to award proposal to provide construction services for the Windy Hill Boulevard Project. The City of Smyrna requested a proposal to perform construction service from ARCADIS U.S. Inc., located at 239 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30339. This proposal will be for Shop Drawing Review/RFI Response, billed services not to exceed $83,673.50
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works, Purchasing and Croy Engineering L.L.C. after review and analysis recommenced the approval to award proposal in the amount of $83,673.50 to provide services during the construction phase for the Windy Hill Boulevard Project to ARCADIS U.S Inc 2839 Paces Ferry Road Atlanta Georgia 30339 and to authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
