ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
By job description, the Human Services Manager services as the Civil Service Board Clerk. The Human Resources Manager position was vacated on August 28, 2020. Human Resources Director, Carol Sicard, will serve as the Interim Civil Service Board Clerk until the incoming Human Resources Manager, Patrick Ho, can be appointed at next Mayor and Council Meeting on October 19, 2020.
