ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Norfolk Southern is requiring an annual maintenance fee for the Nickajack Silent Railroad Crossing (nearest address 561 Summertree Ct). The City will pay 25% of the total maintenance. It is estimated to increase approximately 4% per year.
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: This should be the same as your title with the addition of " and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents" if necessary
