ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
The city of Smyrna has maintained a Site Lease Agreement with Crown Castle as a representative of NCWPCS MPL 26 - YEAR SITES TOWER HOLDINGS LLC., and as part of the agreement, notification is required for any modifications that need to be made to the site. AT&T Mobility intends to modify its equipment at the wireless communication facility resulting in the modification needing approval from Mayor and Council and authorization for the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
