ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

Matthew Bowman as registered agent for Prohibition Liquor LLC dba Prohibition Liquor requests privilege license for the sale of Beer, Wine, and Liquor (retail package) at 3150 Highlands Parkway SE, Suite 202

 

Matthew Bowman will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at the referenced location.  Mr. Bowman has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.

 

A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude the issuance of this license.  Matthew Bowman has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
