ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

There has been an ownership change of the apartment complex located at 1000 Belmont Park Drive and a name change has been requested.  The requested name change would be from Southern Realty Management, Inc dba Belmont Park Apartments to Midwood Belmont, LLC dba Midwood Belmont Apartments. Yosef Kagan is the Applicant/Manager.

 

The name change has been approved by the Fire Marshal, Building Inspector, City Engineer, 911 Communications, Water Department, City Marshal, and Business License Officer.
