Approval to amend the budget for items not included in the FY 2021 budget adoption.

ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

During FY 2021 several expenditures have occurred that were not included in the adopted budget.  These items have been discussed with Council at previous meetings for approval.  For financial reporting purposes, we need to amend the budget to cover these expenditures.  We will be using General Fund reserves (fund balance) for this purpose.
