ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Application was made for privilege license agent change for DRA Group Inc dba Windy Hill Food Mart for the sale of beer & wine (retail package). Devan Patel is the agent applicant. The previous license at this location was held by Goodluck 3 LLC dba Chevron with Amin Khimani as agent.
Devan Patel will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 475 Windy Hill Road SE. The applicant has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.
A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. Mr. Patel has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
