ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Application was made for privilege license agent change for Bens Crab Smyrna Corp dba Bens Crab for the sale of beer, wine, & liquor (retail pouring). Ivan Raintung is the agent applicant. The previous license at this location was held by Wades Concord LLC dba Wade’s with Jason McClure as agent.
Ivan Raintung will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 1061 Concord Road SE. The applicant has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.
The Smyrna Police Department approved issuance of this license. Mr. Raintung has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
