ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Based on field observations, there are parked cars along Woodland Terrace beginning at the intersection of Spring Rd and stretching towards the Galleria Manor subdivision. Woodland Terrace is approximately 22 ft wide and the on-start parking restricts two-way traffic flow. Prohibiting parking along Woodland Terrace will keep the roadway functioning for two-way traffic.
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: The Assistant City Engineer and the Deputy Fire Marshall have evaluated the site and recommend approval of "No Parking" signs along Woodland Terrace beginning at Spring Road and ending at Galleria Manor complex.
