ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

Cobb County is requesting an Amendment to the previously approved CFA Agreement for a silent railroad crossing at Nickajack Rd. (nearest address 561 Summertree Ct).   The Amendment is required due to increased project costs from Norfolk Southern.   Funds to be allocated from the 2016 SPLOST.

 

RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:  This should be the same as your title with the addition of " and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute  all related documents" if necessary
